Simply strong was created as a way to compliment the Tabata Bootcamp program created by Mindy Mylrea. It promotes the principles of sustained success which are cutting edge exercise, sound nutrition and behavioral change.
Riley Shaia is a certified group exercise instructor with AFAA and has worked as group fitness instructor for 25 years. She is also a Master Trainer for Tabata Bootcamp, Barre Above and One Day to Wellness. She currently runs Tabata Bootcamps at the Tuckahoe YMCA and teaches Barre at Zing Fit in Richmond, Virginia. Riley is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist and is passionate about spreading the word about the benefits of eating a whole foods plant based diet.
