It will also teach you how to set your kitchen up to maximize your health.

Shopping for Optimal Nutrition

After this lecture, you will be a health-seeking missile in the grocery store. This lecture teaches you how to shop in a grocery store: how to read a food label, and how to make the best nutritional choices for you and your family. It starts with what you put in your grocery cart. You will learn everything you need to fill your cart with health-promoting goodness.

Eat This, Not That

Eating well is easy when you know that you are not depriving yourself of the foods you love. Riley will highlight foods you love at breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and baking and cooking and show you how to choose healthier alternatives that will keep you happy and satisfied.
