Testimonials:

Riley helped me adjust my eating habits to include more whole grains, more nuts, less animal protein and many more veggies and fruits. And I never once felt deprived. I love my new way of eating and feel so much better. It was just simple things that she suggested I change, but the sum of those changes brought incredible results. Over 3 months, I lost over 12 pounds and 4 1/2 inches off my waist. Riley has been my mentor in better eating and progressing along the path to Whole Foods Plant Based nutrition. I feel so much better. My A1c declined from 6.3 down to 5.7. It will be measured again in January and I expect it will be down some more.

I enjoyed myself and definitely learned some things. I can tell Riley is truly passionate about what she is doing and that shines through. The best thing for me is that she is realistic and brings the family aspect of things into play. I look forward to the next opportunity to attend another class.
