Simply strong was created as a way to compliment the Tabata Bootcamp program created by Mindy Mylrea. It promotes the principles of sustained success which are cutting edge exercise, sound nutrition and behavioral change.

Riley Shaia

Riley Shaia is a certified group exercise instructor with AFAA and has worked as group fitness instructor since 1992. She is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and runs a lecture series based on the current research in nutrition.  She is also a Master Trainer for Barre Above, One Day to Wellness, Balletone. fluid Strength and Tabata Bootcamp.
